1. What you enter into tools
K-QR tools process what you enter (links, WiFi passwords, text) inside your browser, and nothing is sent to our servers. The one exception is the URL shortener: for a short link to work we store the original address, when it was made, your IP address (for the daily limit and abuse prevention only) and a click count per link. We do not record who clicks. Some tools keep recent items in your browser's local storage for convenience; we cannot see it, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
2. Information collected automatically
We may use Google Analytics to understand site usage. It uses cookies to collect non-identifying information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate region.
Blog photos load from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which receives standard connection data such as your IP address and browser type. Nothing you type into the tools is sent.
3. Advertising and cookies
- K-QR shows ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
